국문 초록

이 연구는 데이터 포락 분석(DEA) 모델을 사용하여 농산물 공급망의 효율성을 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이는 농산물의 경우 공급망이 정규적이지 않고 다양한 구성원이 포함되어 있어 분석의 한계가 있어 왔으나 이를 극복하기 위해 본 연구에서는 이를 데이터 포락 분석(DEA) 모델을 활용하여 체계적으로 분석 하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 농산물 공급망의 발전을 저해하는 요인을 파악하고 해당 시스템의 효율성을 개선하기 위한 전략을 제안하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구의 대상은 중국 농산물 공급망으로서 매우 열악한 공급망 구조를 지닌 중국 농산물 시장의 분석 효과성을 검증하고 이를 통한 비효율성이 존재하는 주요 영역을 확인하고 공급망 시스템을 최적화하기 위한 실질적인 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이는 여전히 비효율성 요소를 가지고 있는 한국 농산물 시장과 중국 농산물 시장 간의 글로벌 농업 공급망 협력 및 한국 기업의 중국 농산물 공급망 시장 진출을 위한 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to evaluate the efficiency of agricultural supply chain using data envelopment analysis (DEA) model. This is because the supply chain of agricultural products is not regular and contains various members, which has been a limitation for analysis, but to overcome this, this study aims to systematically analyze it using the data envelopment analysis (DEA) model. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that hinder the development of the agricultural supply chain and propose strategies to improve the efficiency of the system. This study aims to verify the effectiveness of the analysis of China's agricultural supply chain, identify the main areas of inefficiency, and derive practical measures to optimize the supply chain system. This study provides implications for global agricultural supply chain cooperation between the Korean agricultural market and the Chinese agricultural market, which still has inefficiency factors, and for Korean companies to enter the Chinese agricultural supply chain market.
