국문 초록

문화예술교육은 여가 활동과 교육적 가치를 결합하여 개인의 삶에 깊이를 더하고 사회적 연대감을 촉진하는 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 문화예술교육 실습을 통해 경험한 교육자와 참여자들의 관점에서 이러한 교육의 의미를 탐구한다. 실습 과정은 장애인, 어린이, 학부모 등 다양한 수혜자 그룹을 대상으로 하여문화예술의 접근성을 개선하고, 교육적 경험의 질을 향상시키는 데 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 통해 발견된 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화예술의 접근성과 포용성을 제고하기 위한 법적 및 온라인적 지원의 필요성이 강조되었다. 둘째, 관람객의 참여 경험과 작품 해설 과정이 교육자의 성장 및 작품에 대한 깊은 이해로 연결됨이 확인되었다. 마지막으로, 유아 및 학부모 대상 프로그램을 통한 놀이와 교육의 연계 가능성이 제시되었다. 결론적으로, 문화예술교육은 단순한 예술 체험을 넘어 사회적, 교육적 가치를 담아내는 중요한 장치로서 기능하며, 이를 효과적으로 구현하기 위한 실질적 접근과 개선 방향을 제시하고자 한다.본 연구는 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 문화예술교육의 중요성을 강조하며, 디지털시대에 적합한 혁신적 교육 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제안한다.

영문 초록

Arts and cultural education plays an important role in adding depth to individuals’ lives and promoting social solidarity by combining leisure activities and educational values. This study explores the meaning of such education from the perspectives of educators and participants who experienced arts and cultural education practice. The practice process focused on improving accessibility to arts and cultural arts and enhancing the quality of educational experiences for various groups of beneficiaries, including the disabled, children, and parents. The main results discovered through this are as follows. First, the need for legal and online support to enhance accessibility and inclusiveness of arts and cultural arts was emphasized. Second, it was confirmed that the experience of audience participation and the process of explaining works were linked to the growth of educators and a deeper understanding of works. Finally, the possibility of linking play and education through programs for young children and parents was suggested. In conclusion, arts and cultural education functions as an important device that contains social and educational values beyond simple art experiences, and it aims to suggest practical approaches and directions for improvement to effectively implement this. Based on these research results, this study emphasizes the importance of arts and cultural education and suggests the need for developing innovative education programs suitable for the digital age.
