陕北地区乡村中学思想政治教育现状研究——以陕北X 中学为例

국문 초록

The ideological and political education in rural middle schools has always been one of the focuses of the education sector. It plays an extremely important role in cultivating new people who practice the socialist core values, can take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation, and promote the solution of the “three rural” issues and the realization of Rural Revitalization. It is a long-term cause that must be sustained development. Through interviews and questionnaires, this paper has a glimpse of the current situation of Ideological and political education in rural middle schools in Northern Shaanxi. Taking X Middle School in Northern Shaanxi as an example, it finds that there are problems such as the shortage of educational resources, the low quality of teachers and the low acceptance of students. Based on this, it puts forward some improvement countermeasures, such as strengthening the allocation and utilization of educational resources, strengthening the construction of teachers, strengthening the innovation of the practical operation mode of Ideological and political course, and strengthening the home school cooperation mechanism, in order to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in X Middle school in Northern Shaanxi, and then provide reference for the development of rural education.

영문 초록

乡村中学思想政治教育一直是教育界关注的焦点之一，对于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、能够担当起民族复兴大任的时代新人以及推动“三农”问题的解决和实现乡村振兴具有极其重要的作用，是必须持续发展的长效事业。通过访谈和问卷调查，管窥陕北乡村中学思想政治教育的现状，以陕北X中学为例，发现其当前存在教育资源短缺、教师队伍质量低和学生接受程度低的问题，以此针对性地提出加强教育资源的配置和利用、加强师资队伍的建设、加强思政课实践操作模式的创新和强化家校合作机制等改进对策，以期提升陕北X 中学的思政教育实效，继而为乡村教育发展提供参考。
