국문 초록

The new generation of artificial intelligence (AI) has become a crucial force driving digital transformation. Its rapid development and widespread application bring both new opportunities and challenges to student Party-building work in universities. As advanced groups among the youth, the development quality of student Party members directly affects the Party’s cause and future. How to adapt university student Party-building work to the new changes of the times and promote the effective integration of intelligent technology with Party-building work has become one of the critical issues that need to be addressed. Currently, a preliminary “Artificial Intelligence +” Party-building construction model has been formed in universities, but a series of prominent bottleneck problems still exist, such as low overall informatization levels, incomplete mechanisms for Party integration and communication, insufficient coordination between online and offline activities, and underdeveloped intelligent functions. These issues severely restrict the high-quality development of university student Party-building. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the artificial intelligence technology engine, drive innovation in Party-building work mechanisms, content, methods, and work approaches, and accelerate the construction of a “technology-system-people” collaborative framework. This aims to achieve the deep integration of technology and values, dynamic adaptation of systems and technologies, and harmonious coexistence of people and technology. The construction and realization of a systematic, multi-factor coupled data-driven student Party-building education model will provide technical support for value identification, ensure student Party members’ recognition of mainstream ideology, and become the necessary path for promoting student Party-building work in the new era.

영문 초록

新一代人工智能（AI）已成为推动数字化转型的重要力量，其迅猛发展与广泛应用，给高校学生党建工作带来了新机遇和新挑战。高校学生党员作为青年中的先进群体，其发展质量关乎党的事业和未来。新时代高校学生党建工作如何适应时代的新变化，推动智能技术与党建工作的有效融合，已成为高校学生党建亟待解决的重要命题之一。目前，高校学生党建初步形成了“人工智能+”党建的建构模式，但仍然存在着整体信息化水平低、党建融合融通机制不健全、线上线下协同性不足、智能化功能开发不足等一系列突出的瓶颈性问题，这些问题严重制约了高校学生党建高质量发展效能。因此，亟须强化人工智能技术引擎，驱动党建工作机制、内容与方法、工作方式等转换创新，加快构建“技术-制度-人”协同框架，实现技术与价值的深度融合、制度与技术的动态适配以及人与技术的和谐共生，建构并实现多要素耦合的系统性数据为有效支撑的高校学生党建育人模式，为实现价值认同提供技术保证，坚定学生党员对主流意识形态的认同，将是推动新时代学生党建工作的必由之路。
