국문 초록

이 논문은 기후 변화가 몽골의 자연환경에 영향을 미치고, 이어서 사회적 환경에 영향을 미치는 과정과 결과를 탐색하는데 연구의 1차적 목적을 두고 있으며, 이에 대한 대응방안을 한·몽 협력의 차원에서 다루고 있다. 연구방법은 문헌조사에 기반을 두고 있으며, 몽골의 국가통계를 주로 참고하였다. 주요 연구 결과를 보면, 몽골은 기후 변화로 인해 농경지와 산림자원, 수자원 등이 감소하였으며, 반면 사막과 같은 특수필요용지가 증가하면서 자연환경이 악화되고 있는 현상을 발견할 수 있었다. 이로 인해 사회적 환경 측면에서 소규모 유목민의 수와 농·목축업 종사자의 비중이 감소하고 있으며, 농촌 인구의 도시 이주 증가로 인한 주택문제, 교통 혼잡, 도시빈민, 대기오염 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제에 대응하기 위한 한·몽 협력과제로 유목산업 지지를 위한 협력, 사막화 방지를 위한 공동 협력, 수자원 확보를 위한 협력, 대기오염 개선과 친환경 에너지 협력, 기술협력 등을 제안하고 있다.

영문 초록

The primary purpose of this paper is to explore the process and consequences of climate change affecting Mongolia's natural environment and subsequently affecting the social environment, and the countermeasures are dealt with in terms of Korea-Mongolia cooperation. The research method is based on literature research and mainly referred to Mongolian national statistics. According to the results of studies, Mongolia's agricultural land, forest resources, and water resources have decreased due to climate change, while the natural environment is deteriorating as land for special needs such as deserts increases. As a result, the number of small-scale nomads and the proportion of agricultural and herding workers are decreasing in terms of social environment, and problems such as housing problems, traffic congestion, urban poor, and air pollution are occurring due to the increase in urban migration of rural populations. As a cooperation task between Korea and Mongolia to respond to these problems, cooperation for supporting the nomadic industry, joint cooperation for preventing desertification, cooperation for securing water resources, improvement of air pollution and eco-friendly energy cooperation, and technical cooperation are proposed.
