여성 직업능력개발교육 관련 연구 동향 분석 - 최근 20년간(2003∼2023년) 국내 학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 2003년부터 2023년까지 최근 20년간 국내 학술지에 등재된 여성 직업능력개발교육 관련 논문을 분석하여 연구 동향을 탐색하고 여성 인적자원개발에 관한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 여성의 직업능력개발교육 관련 연구 86편을 대상으로 게재년도, 게재학술지, 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구방법 등을 분석의 틀로 삼아 내용분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 여성직업능력개발교육 연구는 지속적으로 증가 추세를 보였으며 다양한 학술지를 통해 게재되고 있었다. 연구대상으로는 구직자, 재직자, 경력단절 등 경력상태에 대한 연구가 가장 많았으며 특히 경력단절여성에 대한 연구가 압도적으로 많았다. 연구주제로는 직업교육과 훈련이 가장 많았고, 여성 집단 내 특정 대상이나 취업성과 등의 교육효과에 초점을 맞춘 연구가 주를 이루었다. 연구분야는 주로 교육학에서 진행되었으며, 양적연구가 가장 많이 이뤄졌다. 연구 결과 시사점으로 여성 집단의 변화와 다양성을 반영한 여성 직업능력개발 교육 연구의 필요성, 평생교육 관점에서의 직업능력개발교육 접근, 여성 유망직종 및 미래 일자리 관련 교육프로그램 개발 강화 등을 제시하였으며, 후속연구로 프로그램 모형개발 등 실천적 연구의 확대, 경력개발 패러다임 변화가 여성 직업능력개발교육에 미치는 영향 및 성과평가에 대한 연구 필요성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze papers related to women's vocational competency development education published in domestic academic journals over the past 20 years from 2003 to 2023 to explore research trends and derive implications for women's human resource development. To this end, content analysis was conducted on 86 studies on women's vocational competency development education using the year of publication, journal, research subject, research topic, and research method as the framework for analysis. The results of the analysis showed that women's vocational competency development education research has been continuously increasing and has been published in various academic journals. The most common research subjects were studies on career status such as job seekers, employees, and career interruptions, and in particular, studies on women with career interruptions were overwhelmingly numerous. The most common research topic was vocational education and training, and most studies focused on educational effects such as specific targets or employment outcomes within the female group. The research field was mainly conducted in education, and quantitative research was mainly utilized. The implications of the research results include the need for research on women's job competency development education that reflects the changes and diversity of the female group, an approach to job competency development education from a lifelong education perspective, and strengthening the development of education programs related to promising occupations and future jobs for women. In addition, the follow-up research suggests the need for expansion of practical research such as program model development, and research on the impact of career development paradigm changes on women's job competency development education and performance evaluation.
