국문 초록

기존 연구들은 지속가능 성과를 전체적으로 검토하는 데 그치며, 디지털 전환이 성과의 다양한 측면에 미치는 구체적 영향을 심층적으로 다룬 사례는 제한적이다. 본 연구는 실증 분석을 바탕으로 지속가능 성과를 단기 경제적 성과, 장기 경제적 성과, 환경 성과로 세분화하고, 녹색 혁신을 조절 변수로 설정하여 디지털 전환이 지속가능 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 디지털 전환이 지속가능 성과에 미치는 내부적 영향은 매우 복잡한 양상을 보이며, 디지털 전환과 지속가능 성과 간 불일치 관계에 대한 새로운 통찰을 제시한다. 이는 기업들이 디지털 전략을 재검토하는 데 중요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Existing studies mostly examine sustainable performance as a whole, with limited exploration of the specific impacts of digital transformation on different aspects of performance. This study, based on an empirical analysis, categorizes sustainable performance into short-term economic performance, long-term economic performance, and environmental performance, and introduces green innovation as a moderating variable to investigate the impact of digital transformation on sustainable performance. The research findings reveal that the internal impact of digital transformation on sustainable performance is highly complex, offering new insights into the inconsistent relationship between digital transformation and sustainable performance, these insights may help enterprises reassess their digital strategies.
