국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 감사성향과 유아행복 간의 관계에서 교사-유아 관계의 다중매개효과를 확인함으로써, 유아행복 연구의 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 소재 유치원에 재직 중인 유아교사 281명을 대상으로 유아교사 감사성향, 교사-유아관계, 유아행복 척도를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유아교사의 감사성향은 교사-유아 관계 중 친밀감에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사-유아 관계에서 친밀감은 유아행복에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 유아교사의 감사성향은 교사-유아 관계 중 친밀감을 매개로 유아 행복에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 유아교사 감사성향은 교사-유아 관계 중 갈등을 매개로 유아 행복에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아행복을 생태학적 맥락에서 조명하고, 유아행복 증진을 위한 주요 변인을 탐색했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to provide foundational data for research on children's happiness by examining the multiple mediating effects of teacher-child relationships in the relationship between preschool teachers' gratitude disposition and children's happiness. To achieve this, data were collected from 281 preschool teachers working at kindergartens in Busan, using scales measuring preschool teachers' gratitude disposition, teacher-child relationships, and children's happiness. The results of the study are as follows. First, preschool teachers' gratitude disposition had a positive effect on closeness in teacher-child relationships. Second, closeness in teacher-child relationships positively influenced children's happiness. Third, preschool teachers' gratitude disposition affected children's happiness through the mediating role of closeness in teacher-child relationships. Fourth, preschool teachers' gratitude disposition influenced children's happiness through conflict in teacher-child relationships as a mediator. These findings underscore the importance of examining children's happiness within an ecological context and identifying key factors that contribute to its enhancement.
