국문 초록

This study discusses the value of labor education in the management of college students and its implementation path. Through the analysis of the definition, development and practical significance of labor education, it is clear that it plays an important role in improving students' comprehensive quality. The research points out that labor education can not only improve students' practical ability and professional quality, but also enhance their sense of social responsibility, collectivism spirit and psychological quality. Further analysis shows that the current implementation of labor education in colleges and universities faces challenges such as single curriculum, weak teachers and insufficient student participation. This paper puts forward the optimization path, including the diversification of curriculum system, the strengthening of the construction of teachers, the improvement of students' participation, the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the effective use of social resources.
