The article outlines the current situation and advantages of AI technology empowering student management in colleges and universities, points out that it can significantly improve management efficiency, optimize resource allocation, promote education personalization and intelligence, and proposes specific paths for AI-enabled student management, including data-driven intelligent decision support system, personalized learning and guidance, intelligent service platform construction, and behavioral early warning and intervention system. The article further discusses the privacy protection, data security, technical feasibility, teacher and student acceptance and ethical issues faced by AI technology in practical application, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Finally, the article summarizes the broad prospects and challenges of AI technology in student management in universities and emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive strategy combining technology, management and ethics in promoting AI application.
