국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 e-러닝 기반 학점인정 컨소시엄을 통해 제공된 <빅데이터 시대의 ESG 트렌드> 수업을 수강한 학습자들의 과제물을 텍스트 마이닝과 감정분석 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 학습자들이 ESG 교육에서 기대하는 주요 요소를 파악하고, 교육과정 개선에 기여할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 분석 결과, 학습자들은 빅데이터를 활용한 ESG 트렌드 분석과 기업의 ESG 전략 학습에 높은 관심을 보였으며, 특히 실무적 적용 능력과 문제 해결 역량 강화에 대한 기대가 크게 나타났다. 감정분석 결과, 긍정적 요소로는 ‘성장, 기회, 해결’이, 부정적 요소로는 ‘문제’, ‘책임’이 자주 언급되었는데, 이는 ESG 실천 과정에서 마주할 수 있는 도전과 기대를 반영한다. 따라서 본 연구는 학습자의 기대와 감정을 반영한 ESG 교육과정 설계에 실질적인 방향성을 제공하며, 공유대학 모델을 통해 지속 가능한 교육 프로그램 개발에 기여할 수 있는 교육과정의 가이드라인이 될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This paper analyzed the assignments of learners enrolled in the course, “ESG Trends in the Age of Big Data”, offered through a university e-learning credit consortium, utilizing text mining and sentiment analysis techniques. The purpose of this research was to identify the key elements that learners expect from ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance) education and to provide insights for curriculum improvement. The analysis revealed that learners showed a strong interest in utilizing big data for ESG trend analysis and understanding corporate ESG strategies, with particular emphasis on developing practical applications and problem-solving skills. Sentiment analysis results indicated that positive elements such as “growth”, “opportunity”, and “solution” were frequently mentioned, while negative elements included “problem” and “responsibility” reflecting the challenges and expectations associated with the ESG implementation process. Based on the findings, this study provides a practical direction for designing ESG curricula that align with learner expectations and emotions, and it may serve as a guideline for developing sustainable educational programs within a shared university model.
