中国式现代化进程中“两个文明”耦合协调发展研究——基于对党的二十届三中全会精神的分析

국문 초록

The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee emphasized that Chinese path to modernization is a modernization in which material civilization and spiritual civilization are coordinated. This important assertion clearly pointed out that the coordination of “two civilizations” is the Chinese characteristic of Chinese path to modernization. It is particularly important for comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization to clarify material civilization, spiritual civilization and their relationship, and reveal the material and spiritual needs of the people today. Based on this, this article first reviews the relevant research in academia on material civilization and spiritual civilization, as well as their coordinated development. On the basis of clarifying the logical relationship between material civilization and spiritual civilization, an evaluation index system for material civilization and spiritual civilization is constructed; Secondly, the entropy method is used to measure the development level of material civilization and spiritual civilization in 31 provinces of China from 2012 to 2021, and the coupling coordination degree model is used to analyze the coupling coordination status of the two; Finally, based on the research conclusions, the paper puts forward policy recommendations on how to further promote the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization and promote the process of Chinese path to modernization. The results show that: firstly, the material civilization, spiritual civilization, and overall development level of the four major regions and 31 provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions) are generally on the rise; Secondly, during the sample period, the overall trend of coupling and coordination between material civilization and spiritual civilization was positive, but the overall coupling and coordination was not high, showing an imbalanced distribution pattern of “high in the east and low in the west” in space.

영문 초록

党的二十届三中全会强调中国式现代化是物质文明和精神文明相协调的现代化，这一重要论断鲜明地指出“两个文明”相协调是中国式现代化的中国特色所在。明晰物质文明、精神文明及二者关系，揭示当下人民群众的物质需要和精神需要，对于以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴尤为重要。基于此，本文首先回顾了学界关于物质文明和精神文明及二者协调发展的相关研究，在厘清物质文明与精神文明逻辑关系的基础上，构建物质文明与精神文明评价指标体系；其次，利用熵值法分别测算我国31 个省份2012-2021 年物质文明与精神文明发展水平，并采用耦合协调度模型分析二者的耦合协调状态；最后，基于研究结论对如何进一步促进物质文明与精神文明协调发展和推进中国式现代化进程提出政策建议。结果表明：一是四大区域和31 个省（直辖市、自治区）的物质文明、精神文明及整体发展水平总体均呈上升趋势；二是样本期间，物质文明与精神文明的耦合协调度总体趋势向好，但整体耦合协调度不高，空间上呈现出“东高西低”的失衡分布格局。
