국문 초록

The era is the mother of ideas, and practice is the source of theory. Since the reform and opening up, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the domestic and international situation has undergone tremendous changes. Xi Jinping’s new era view has emerged in the context of great development, great change and great adjustment. The proposal and formation of Xi Jinping’s new era view is not accidental, but an important judgment on the nature of the times based on profound changes in the characteristics of the times. The theory of Marxist classic theorists on the issue of the times is the ideological foundation of Xi Jinping’s new era view. The emergence of Xi Jinping's new era view is an inevitable result of China’s socialist historical development and a reflection of the changed social existence in social consciousness. The new era view is an important part of the Party's innovation theory, which enriches and develops the Marxist era theory, guides and promotes the forward development of Chinese path to modernization, and provides Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the progress direction of human society.

영문 초록

时代是思想之母，实践是理论之源。自改革开放以来，尤其是党的十八大之后，国内外形势发生了剧烈变化，习近平新时代观在大发展、大变革、大调整的时代背景下应运出场。习近平新时代观的提出与形成不是偶然，是基于时代特征发生深刻变化，对时代性质所作出的重要判断。马克思主义经典作家关于时代问题的理论是习近平新时代观的思想基础，习近平新时代观的出场是我国社会主义历史发展的必然结果，是变化了的社会存在在社会意识上的反映。新时代观是党的创新理论的重要组成部分，丰富和发展了马克思主义的时代理论，指导和推动了中国式现代化道路的向前发展，并为人类社会的进步方向提供了中国智慧和中国方案。
