The study centers on understanding occupational stress experienced by frontline healthcare workers in public hospitals. Adopting an ecosystem theory perspective, it meticulously explores the multifaceted causes of stress for this workforce and offers an exhaustive examination of the tactics they use to manage and this stress.The research uncovers that healthcare workers on the front lines frequently encounter substantial stress factors, including excessive workloads and unfavorable working environments, which pose serious risks to both their physical and mental well-being.Confronting these challenges, medical professionals have adopted proactive strategies, including soliciting external support and mindset realignment, to proficiently manage work-related stress. The study's insights are invaluable for informing initiatives aimed at refining the work environment for healthcare personnel, thereby augmenting their job satisfaction and overall well-being.

영문 초록

研究聚焦于公立医院一线医护人员的职业压力问题，透过生态系统理论的透镜，深入挖掘了形成这一群体职业压力的各种因素，并详细剖析了他们所采用的缓解压力策略。研究揭示，一线医护人员常面临巨大的工作负荷和不良的工作条件等压力源，这些问题严重威胁到他们的身心健康。面对挑战，这些医护人员采取了积极措施，比如寻求外部援助、自我心态调节等，来有效应对职业压力。研究成果对于指导优化医护人员的工作环境、提升其工作幸福感具有重要价值。
