국문 초록

In the era of rapid development of information and intelligence, the microelectronics industry has become one of the important driving forces for social progress. As a core course in the Electronic and Information Engineering major at higher education institutions, the “Microelectronic Fabrication Technology” course carries the mission of cultivating high-quality talents with innovative and practical abilities for society. Based on the current status of the “Microelectronic Fabrication Technology” course in our university’s Electronic Science and Technology program, several urgent issues have been identified in teaching methods, content, and experimental teaching segments. This paper explores the reform ideas and specific practices of the course from four aspects: setting teaching objectives, optimizing course content, reforming teaching models, and innovating practical segments. A comprehensive assessment system is proposed to stimulate students’ active thinking in class and expand their practical creativity and innovative abilities. Research indicates that introducing digital teaching methods, strengthening school-enterprise collaboration, and optimizing practical teaching content can effectively enhance students’ learning interest and enthusiasm, significantly improve their overall quality and hands-on abilities, and ultimately cultivate application-oriented microelectronics talents that meet industry needs for society.

영문 초록

在信息化和智能化高速发展的时代背景下,微电子产业已成为推动社会进步的重要动力源之一。作为高等院校电子与信息工程专业中的核心课程,微电子制备技术课程肩负着为社会培养具有创新能力和实践能力的高素质人才的使命。结合我校电子科学与技术专业的微电子制备技术课程现状,发现教学方式、教学内容以及实验教学环节中存在一些亟需解决的问题。本文从教学目标设定、课程内容优化、教学模式改革及实践环节创新四个方面,探讨了课程的改革思路与具体实践,提出了一套能够激发学生课堂主动思考、拓展其实践创造力与创新能力的考核体系。研究表明,引入数字化教学手段、加强校企合作以及优化实践教学内容,不仅能够有效提高学生的学习兴趣和积极性,还能大幅提升学生的综合素质与动手能力,最终为社会培养出符合行业需求的应用型微电子人才。
