국문 초록

이 연구는 마을공동체 주민 (재)생산을 목적으로 하는 학습관리에 개입하는 요소의 관계를 학습관리장치로 분석하여 학습관리장치가 지닌 공간적 성격을 파악한다. 학습관리장치는 인간 학습활동에 개입하는 언어적/비언어적 요소들의 네트워크로, 학습자를 특정한 주체로 조건화한다. 이때, 학습관리장치의 네트워크로서의 성격은 학습자 주체화를 평생학습 이론 작업의 공간 축에서 포착할 수 있게 한다. 이 연구에서는 대안교육을 실천하는 마을공동체 ‘봄볕마을’을 사례로, 학습관리에 개입하는 학습관리장치 변화를 분석했다. 봄볕마을의 주민 (재)생산 학습관리는 마을공동체가 처한 조건에 따라 변화했다. 이때, 학습관리에 개입하는 담론, 제도, 조직, 실천 단위 등 요소, 그리고 요소 간 배치의 변화가 학습관리의 변화를 추동했다. 즉, 학습관리장치의 변화에 따라 집단의 학습자 조건화 실천 양상이 달라진 것이다. 학습관리장치를 이루는 요소와 배치에 주목하는 접근은 학습 맥락의 가변성과 유동성에 주목하며 학습자 예속과 그 실패에 대한 기존 설명을 정교화한다. 이는 평생학습의 공간 축을 파악하는 이론적 도구로서의 학습관리장치에 대한 논의를 확장한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the concept of the learning management apparatus, a network of elements influencing learning within a community, in the context of community development. The learning management apparatus is a network of linguistic and non-linguistic elements that intervene in human learning activities, conditioning learners as particular subjects. The networked nature of the learning management apparatus explains the subjectification of learners through the lens of lifelong learning, focusing particularly on its spatial dimension. The case study focuses on “Bombyeot Maeul,” which practices alternative education. The learning management of “Bombyeot Maeul” adapts according to the community's evolving conditions. Changes in elements and their arrangement such as discourses, institutions, organizations, and practice units, drive changes in learning management. In other words, the conditioning of learners evolves in response to changes in the learning management apparatus. An approach focusing on the elements and arrangements that constitute the learning management apparatus highlights the variability and fluidity of the learning context, refining explanations of learner subjectification and failure. This expands the discussion on the learning management apparatus as a theoretical tool for grasping the spatial dimension of lifelong learning.
