국문 초록

최근 통합교육은 장애아동이 통합학급에 물리적으로 배치된 것 이상의 사회적 및 교수적 통합을 지향하고 있으며, 이를 위해 통합학급 및 특수교사 간 협력이 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 초등학교에서 통합학급 및 특수교사 간 협력프로그램을 실행하여, 통합학급교사의 교수행동과 함께 장애아동의 수업참여행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 일반 초등학교 통합학급의 장애아동 3명과 이들을 지도하고 있는 통합학급 및 특수교사 각 3명씩 6명이다. 실험설계는 대상자 간 중다간헐기초선 설계를 적용하였다. 연구 결과, 교사 간 협력프로그램을 통해 통합학급교사의 교수행동과 장애아동의 수업참여행동이 모두 의미 있게 변화되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 통합학급에서 장애아동의 수업참여를 촉진하기 위해 통합학급 및 특수교사 간 협력의 중요성과 연구의 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of this study was to examine the effects of teaching behaviors of general educators and class-participation behaviors of children with disabilities through teacher collaboration program by general educators and special educators. The participants of this study were three children with disabilities, three general educators and three special educators in public elementary schools. The study used a multiple probe baseline design across the participants. It was revealed that the teacher collaboration program was effective to change teaching behaviors of general educators and class-participation behaviors of children with disabilities. These results indicated that collaboration between general and special educators was one of the valuable practices for promoting the class-participation of children with disabilities. The benefits of teacher collaboration program development and implications for future research were discussed.
