일반초등학생의 장애수용태도와 어머니의 통합교육에 대한 태도의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 일반 초등학교 학생의 장애수용태도와 어머니의 통합교육에 대한 태도의 관계를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구목적에 따른 연구문제를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생의 배경변인에 따른 초등학교 일반 학생의 장애 수용 태도는 어떠한가? 둘째, 어머니의 배경변인에 따른 통합교육에 대한 초등학교 일반 어머니의 태도는 어떠한가? 셋째, 일반초등학생의 장애수용태도와 어머니의 통합교육에 대한 태도와의 관계는 어떠한가? 이다. 본 연구의 대상은 부산광역시에 소재한 10개의 초등학교에 재학 중인 3학년(학생 220명과 그의 어머니 220명), 6학년(학생 220명과 그의 어머니 220명)인 총 880명이다. 본 연구에서 사용한 연구도구는 설문지 형식 각 2부로서 초등학교 일반아동용설문지와 그들의 어머니용 설문지이며, Likert식 척도로 배점하여 SPSS WIN 프로그램(Ver10.0)을 이용하여 t/F검정과 Pearson상관관계법으로 통계처리하였다. 그 결과 초등학교 일반아동은 학년이 낮고 통합경험이 있을수록 장애수용에 대한 태도가 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며 그들의 어머니들은 연령이 적고, 학력이 높으며, 통합경험이 있을수록 통합교육에 대해 긍정적인 태도를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 두 변인 간에는 상관관계는 없었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 하여 통합교육에 관련된 구체적인 연구들이 폭넓고 조속히 이루어지길 제언하는 바이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relation between attitude toward inclusive education of mothers and attitude toward students with disabilities of normal students. The subjects of the study were selected 776 students and mothers of third-year class and sixth-year class at clustered random classifying elementary schools in Busan metropolitan city. Two different kinds of survey questionnaires were administered, such as the questionnaire of students' disabilities-acceptance attitude of elementary school and mothers' attitude of elementary school student and mother for inclusive education. The collected data was processed statistically by the SPSSWIN(Statistical Package for Social Science for WINDOW) program(Ver. 14.0). To verify the difference of their background variables, t-test and F-test were done. And Pearson's correlation was used to make the correlation analyses between mothers' perspective and students' disabilities-acceptance attitude of elementary school for inclusive education. The findings of this study were as below: First, the overall trend about the disabilities-acceptance attitude of elementary school students was found positively. The third-year class rather than sixth-year class and the case with inclusive experience rather than no inclusive experience showed more positive. But it was no difference by sex and birth order. Second, the overall trend about the attitude of elementary school mothers for inclusive education was found positively. Below 30s rather than over 40s, over university graduates rather than below high school graduate, and case with disability contact experience rather than no disability contact experience showed higher perspective positively. Third, there was low correlation between attitude of elementary school students and mothers for inclusive education.
