발달장애학생 직업흥미검사도구 개발을위한 직종 탐색

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 발달장애학생을 대상으로 하는 직업흥미검사도구를 개발하기 위해 문헌과 실태분석을 통하여 직종을 도출하고 이에 대한 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는데 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위하여 발달장애인의 희망 직종과 취업 직종, 선행 검사도구를 종합하여 직종을 도출하였고 특수교육과 직업재활 분야 전문가 18명, 30명을 대상으로 1차 조사, 2차 조사를 각각 실시하였다. 연구결과: 조사에 대한 분석을 통하여 직업흥미검사도구 개발을 위한 직종으로 26개를 도출하였다. 도출된 직종은 택배, 조립, 제조, 공예, 실내청소, 실외청소, 세차, 세탁, 패스트푸드, 조리, 음료, 제과제빵, 마트, 재배, 사육, 수산업, 사무보조, 사서보조, 우체국보조, 노인보조, 유아보조, 장애인보조, 미용, 음악, 미술, 스포츠 등이었다. 결론: 26개 직종을 바탕으로 타당도와 신뢰도를 갖춘 검사도구를 개발해야 하며 대상이 발달장애학생인 점을 고려하여 교육과정과도 긴밀한 연계성을 갖추어야 하는 등의 논의와 제언들이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop vocational interest test tool for students with developmental disabilities through literature review and verifying validity and reliability. Method: The occupational categories were derived by combining the desired occupations, occupations employed, and the prior related test tool for people with developmental disabilities. The first and second surveys were conducted on 18 experts and 30 experts, respectively, in special education and vocational rehabilitation areas. Results: Through the analysis, 26 occupations were derived for the development of vocational interest test tool. The derived occupations include: Delivery, assembly, manufacturing, crafts, indoor cleaning, outdoor cleaning, car washing, laundry, fast-food, cooking, beverage, baking, mart, cultivation, breeding, fishing, office assistance, librarian assistance, post-office assistance, elderly assistance, infant assistance, disabled persons assistance, beauty, music, arts, and sports. Conclusion: Based on 26 occupations, the vocational interest test tool for students with developmental disabilities should be developed. Discussions and suggestions were presented.
