국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 코로나19로 인해 장애 학생 학부모가 경험한 원격수업의 실태와 원격수업에 대한 인식을 분석하는 것이었다. 연구방법: 연구참여자는 K시에서 일반 학교 특수학급에 재학 중인 초, 중등 장애 학생을 양육하며 2020년 1년간 원격수업을 경험한 초등 장애 학생 학부모 6명과 중등 장애 학생 학부모 5명이었다. 연구방법은 반구조화된 면담 형식의 초점 집단 면담을 통해 수행되었으며 자료 분석은 질적 자료 분석 방법인 주제분석 방법에 따라 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 갑작스럽게 시작된 원격수업은 가정에 부담이 되었다. 교과별 원격수업의 형태는 실시간 화상 수업, 과제물 수업, 녹화된 동영상 수업 등 다양하게 이루어졌다. 둘째, 학부모들은 코로나 19 상황에서 원격수업의 한계와 어려운 점과 불만족뿐만 아니라 효과성과 만족감에 대해서 다양하게 보고하였다. 셋째, 초, 중등 특수학급 장애 학생 학부모들은 원격수업의 다양화와 개별화, 교사의 역할 변화, 학부모의 역할 변화, 행정가의 역할 변화 측면에서 원격수업의 개선 의견을 제시하였다. 결론: 이상의 결과를 통해 나타난 원격수업의 실태와 경험 그리고 개선점은 향후 장애 학생들의 질 높은 원격수업이 이루어지기 위한 중요한 시사점과 정보를 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the on-line based classes experiences of parents with disabled students in the special classroom in COVID-19 situation. Method: This study was based on the focus group interview. The participants were 6 parents with disabled students on the elementary school and 5 parents with disabled students on the secondary school in Gyeongnam. Their age was over 40 years and under 50 years. The type of disability of their children was seven autism, three intellectual disabilities and one deaf. Results: First, the sudden beginning of on-line based class increased burden to parents. The type of on-line based classes was carried out variously using real time on-line classes, home assignment and recorded audiovisual teaching materials. Second, the parents told some limits, difficulties, dissatisfaction, and demerits of on-line based classes, and some effects and satisfaction and merits of on-line based classes in COVID-19 situation. Third, the parents suggested some improvement points including diversification of on-line based classes and individualization, the role change of teachers, parents and administrators. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide lots of information on the on-line based class management in the special education field.
