국내 항만 물류연구 동향분석: Systematic Literature Network Analysis의 적용

국문 초록

국내 경제와 무역발전에 항만이 미치는 영향력은 대단히 크다. 항만 운영 주체들은 항만 내 물류 프로세스를 개선하기 위한 노력을 하고 있으며 이와 함께 국내연구들도 항만 물류관련 연구가 활발히 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지난 20년 동안 국내에서 발표된 항만물류연구 동향을 살펴봄으로써 지난 기간 동안 연구의 전반적인 주제와 방향을 고찰하고자 한다. 연구 동향 방법론으로 SLNA 분석 방법을 사용하여 체계적인 연구 동향분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 2000년대와 비교하여 2010년대 이후 연구가 활발히 수행되고 있으며, 연구방법론의 활용빈도는 설문분석, 모델, 이론적 고찰, 사례연구 순으로 나타났다. 국내 항만물류 연구의 주요 주제로 항만 경쟁력, 부산항, 중국 등 특정 항만, 항만 운영 성과, 항만 물류 서비스 품질과 관련된 연구가 수행된 것으로 나타났다. competitiveness, busan port, customer satisfaction이 핵심 키워드로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 해당 분야 연구자를 위한 연구정보를 제공하였으며 국외 연구 동향분석에서 활발히 사용되는 분석 방법을 국내연구에 소개하고 적용하는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study aims to analyze the trends in seaport logistics research published in South Korea over the past 20 years. Through this study, it is possible to understand the main subject and direction of research in this field. Research design, data, methodology : This study uses the SLNA research method. SLNA is a systematic research trend analysis methodology. The data period is from 2000 to 2010 and the research included in kci was used for the analysis. Results : After analyzing the studies, it was found that much research has been conducted since the 2010s. The research methodology used survey, model, conceptual analysis, and case study. The main topics covered in the field were related to port competitiveness, ports such as Busan Port and China, port operation performance, and logistics service quality. Conclusions : This study provides information for researchers in the field of seaport logistics. It provides evidence on how it is meaningful to introduce systematic research methods for research trend analysis in this research area. There is an increasing number of studies in this field, with many quantitative and qualitative changes occurring in this field.
