드론을 활용한 민간경비 발전방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대에 급성장하고 있는 드론산업을 민간경비 영역에 적용하여 한국 민간경비 발전을 위한 이론적·실무적 시사점을 제공하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 국·내외 드론 관련 선행연구 및 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 문헌분석 방법을 통한 드론산업의 현황과 기술적, 환경적, 제도를 분석하여 민간경비 산업분야에 적용함으로써 민간경비 영역 확대를 위한 드론 활용방안을 제시하였다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에 민간경비 발전을 위해 드론산업이 적용되기 위해서는 전문기관, 업계, 학계 등 관련 전문가들이 민간경비 드론산업발전을 위해 사회적 공론화 및 논의의 장을 확대 및 운영하여 소통을 강화하여야 한다. 또한, 관련 법·제도 개선, R&D 추진 등 주요 정책에 대한 업계·전문가의 자문과 정책사업의 참여 등 민간 민간경비 업체의 역할이 강화되어 체계적으로 활용방안이 마련되어야 할 것으로 제언하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This research was conducted with the aim of providing theoretical and practical implications for the development of Korea s civil security by applying rapidly growing drone industry to the private security area during the 4th Industrial Revolution. To achieve the purpose of research, the state of drone industry, technical, environmental and institutional analysis through the literature analysis method were analyzed and applied to the civilian security industry based on the prior research and theoretical basis of drones at home and abroad, suggesting a plan to utilize drones to expand the scope of private security. In order for the drone industry to be applied for the development of private security in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, related experts such as professional institutions, industries, and academia should expand and operate the stage of social public discussion and discussion for the development of the private security drone industry to strengthen communication. In addition, I would suggest that the role of private security companies should be strengthened, including the industry and experts advice on major policies, such as improving related laws and systems, and participation in policy projects, should be prepared systematically.
