국문 초록

이 연구는 경찰관의 조직 내 일탈행동에 미치는 영향요인을 윤리적 리더십, 하위문화로 하여 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 영향관계를 파악하였다. 조사대상자는 서울과 경기지역에 근무하는 경찰관 839명을 대상으로 하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 윤리적 모범 요인이 높아질수록 조직 내 일탈 인식은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 범죄통제지향주의가 높아질수록 조직 내 일탈에 대한 인식은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 통해 조직 내 리더에게 요구되는 역량차원에서 구성원들에게 모범적인 행동을 강조하고, 치안서비스의 주재자로서 경찰 조직 내 합리적이고 보편적인 문화가 형성될 수 있는 풍토가 마련되어야 함을 시사점으로 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study is to analysis to confirmation that effect on perception of Ethical Leadership, Subculture and Workplace Deviant Behavior of Police Officer through hierarchical analysis. Samples for studying are 839 police officers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. As a results, The findings indicated that: First, ethical role model(-) was statistically a significant factor that influence to Workplace Deviant Behavior. Second, Criminal control orientation(+) was statistically a significant factor that influence to Workplace Deviant Behavior. The implications are as follows. First of all, in terms of the capabilities required by the leader in the organization, leaders of police organization are emphasized by the exemplary behavior for members. Lastly, As the leader of the police service, it was suggested that a climate should be established to create a rational and universal culture within the police organization.
