국문 초록

이 연구는 대학에서 이루어지는 협력학습 수업에서 교수자 피드백과 지각된 팀 성과 간의 관계를 규명하고 그 과정에서 팀 효능감과 집단지성이 조절변수로 작용하는지를 탐색하고자 하였다. 협력학습을 통해 성공적인 팀 성과가 도출되려면 집단과제 해결 과정에서 교수자는 적절한 피드백을 제공하고, 팀구성원은 집단과제를 수행할 수 있다는 믿음인 팀 효능감과 협력적 상호작용을 통해 시너지를 창출하는 집단지성이 잘 구현되어야 한다. 이를 위해 광주광역시 소재 대학생 176명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째 교수자 피드백은 지각된 팀 성과를 유의하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 팀 효능감은 교수자 피드백이 팀 성과에 미치는 영향을 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났으나 집단지성은 조절효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 성공적인 협력학습수업 운영에 대한 교육적 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to analyze the moderating effects of team-efficacy and collective intelligence on the relationship between instructor s feedback and perceived team outcomes in collaborative leaning. The roles of instructor s feedback, team-efficacy and collective intelligence are critical elements to accomplish successful team outcomes in collaborative leaning. 176 college students participated in a small group based collaborative learning project, and their data were used for hierarchical regression analysis. The result of the study was as follows. First, instructor s feedback predicted perceived team outcomes. Second, team-efficacy moderated the relationship between instructor s feedback and perceived team outcomes in collaborative learning, while collective intelligence did not. Based on the results of this study, the instructional design and support of how to provide the feedback of the instructors are suggested in collaborative learning context.
