국문 초록

본 연구는 프레이트 포워더의 업무프로세스를 고찰해 보고 Non-exclusive 계약을 진행하는 업무관계에서 해외파트를 선정하는 요인을 분석하여 프레이트 포워더의 적절한 해외파트너 선정에 도움을 주고자 진행하였다. AHP 분석을 위해 가격, 서비스, 규모/역사 등을 1계층으로 하였으며, 각 상위계층에 5가지의 하위 세부요인을 구성하여 전문가 집단의 설문 조사를 통해우선순위를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석된 연구 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 프레이트 포워더 간의 파트너를 맺을 때 운임의 경쟁력이 파트너거래의 가장 중요한 요소이다. 둘째, 프레이트 포워더간 서비스에서 직원들의 전문성, 빠른 이메일 회신능력 그리고 사후처리는 필요한 중요 필요 사항이다. 셋째, 프레이트 포워더를 운영할 때 회사의 전통은 현재 마켓에서 상대적으로 덜 중요한 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

Purpose : In this study, we analyze the business process of the freight forwarder and analyze the factor of selecting the foreign part in the business relation to carry out the non-exclusive contract to help the freight forwarder to select appropriate foreign partner. Research design, data, methodology : In this paper, we divided the priority of the first stage of the price, service, scale / history, etc. And we analyzed the total of 15 factors by applying the analytical hierarchy process through the questionnaire survey. Results and Conclusions : The results of this study are as follows. First, the competitiveness of freight cost is important when starting a partnership between Freight Forwarders is the most important factor in partner transactions. Second, staff expertise, fast answer of e-mail and solving the accident are required for Freight Forwarder Services. Third, when operating a freight forwarder, the long histories of the company appears to be relatively less important in the current market.
