국문 초록

본 연구에서는 자유무역지역, 외국인투자지역, 경제자유구역과 같은 특수 경제구역 중 자유 무역지역을 대상으로 자유무역지역 내 존재하는 투자요인과 여러 속성을 고찰한 후, 기업측면 의 자유무역지역 투자 고려요인이 자유무역 지역 참여의사와 기대편익에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 자유무역지역 투자고려 요인은 탄력성, 지원성, 가용성, 연계성, 활용성 등의 5개 요인으로 도출되었으며, 이들 요인 중 탄력성, 가용성, 연계성, 활용성 등은 자유무역지역 참여 의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기대편익에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서는 탄력성과 활용성인 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 자유무역지역의 기대편익은 자유무역지역 참여의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되어져 자유무역의 활성화를 위해서는 해당 지역 투자 시 기업이 공유하게 될 이점을 강조하는 것이 필요 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect on participation intention of investment considerations in free trade zones. And suggest activation of Free Trade Zone. Research design, data, methodology : To test the hypothesies, 92 data were collected by companies, Trade Related Institutions and so on. Factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted for hypothesis testing. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0. Results : As a result of the study, there are 5 factors to consider when investing in free trade zones. Among these factors, resilience, availability, linkage, and usability were found to affect the willingness to participate in the free trade zone, and resilience and utilization were analyzed as factors influencing expected benefits. Finally, the expected benefits of free trade zones are analyzed to affect the willingness to participate in free trade zones. Conclusions : In order to attract investment in free trade zones, direct support such as tax benefits, flexible use of land, industrial integration, and logistics efficiency are needed rather than indirect support such as institutional improvement and provision of support measures.
