청소년의 일탈적 생활양식이 학교폭력 행동 유형에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

최근 정부는 국정목표인 국민의 행복과 안전을 보호하기 위해 ‘4대 사회악 근절’을 강도 높게 추진하고 있으며 여기에는 사전단계인 범죄예방부터 사후단계인 피해자 보호까지 사실상 모든 치안활동을 포함하는 종합대책을 수립하고 있다. 하지만 이와 같은 각 부처의 대책이 정작 누구를 위한 대책인지 조명해 볼 필요가 있다. 청소년 범죄가 점차 흉포화, 집단화 되면서 많은 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이러한청소년 범죄가 사회적 문제로 야기되기 까지 수 많은 원인들이 있다. 이는 급격한 사 회변동에 따른 이기주의적 성향의 증가와 자기통제력 또는 자아존중감이 부족하거나, 가정의 해체에 따른 가족구성체제의 미흡, 비행친구들과의 교우관계에 의한 영향, 전인교육을 받지 못하고 지식주입의 도구로 전락한 학교교육의 현실, 각종 청소 년 유해환경과 대중매체로 둘러싸인 지역사회의 무관심 등 여러 가지 이유로 해서 청소년 범죄가 계속해서 발생하고 있는 것이다. 이러한 범죄로 인하여 보호처분을 받고 수용되는 청소년들에 대한 범죄종류별, 연령별 접근방식을 세분화할 수 있도록 제도적으로 보장해야 하며, 치료에 필요한 프로그램의 세분화된 지침을 마련해야 한다. 이와 같은 청소년 범죄 또는 비행에 많은 영향을 주는 것이 가정환경이라고 할수 있다. 청소년 비행의 원인은 청소년 본인의 지극히 개인적인 문제가 아닌 감수성 이 많은 부분을 차지하는 시기라서 가정환경 및 여러 외적환경에 의해서 영향을 받는다고 할 수 있다. 가정환경요인들 중에서 부모의 양육에 있어 함께 의사소통을 할수 있는 시간을 좀 더 만들고 부모들이 자녀들을 양육함에 있어서 가시적인 것보다 는 내면적으로 다가서는 시각에 대한 새로운 패러다임의 전환이 필요하다. 또한 청소년들의 대학입시에 대한 스트레스를 감소시켜 주면서, 여가 시간을 증가하여 좀더 유익하게 보낼 수 있는 시·공간적인 차원이 필요하다. 그러므로 청소년들의 비행 및 문제행동을 줄이기 위해서는 가정과 학교 사회 국가가 하나가 되어 전체 청소년들의 삶의 질에 관심을 두어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Recently, the government is implementing the 'Eradication of 4 Social Evils' with an intensive drive for the national vision and objectives of citizen happiness and safety. In alliance with such efforts, it has presented comprehensive measures on all policing from crime prevention to victim protection. juvenile crime causes many social problems as it is being atrocious and collective. This aspect is arisen because of many reason which are increasement of individual selishness followed by rapid social change, lack of self-control or self-esteem due to the broken families, the influence of delinquent peer relationship, the reality of the school environment which onry cares about inputting knowledge excluding well-rounded education, and the indifference of local society toward various harmful environment and media. we should specify those youths in terms of crime types and ages, who are confined to the facilities by the security-measure, and provide guidelines of relevant remedy programs. In general, we can say that the significant factor influencing teenagers’ misdeed proved family environment. So to speak, the cause of teenagers’misdeed is not just personal problem but they are being affected by family environment and various external factors, because they are in the emotionally sensitive time. Above all, parents need to have enough time to have talks with them and they need paradigm change from just looking at them on eyes but on heart. It needs to lesson the stress from study and to allow them more leisure time so that they can enjoy themselves in time and space level. To reduce the misdeed, family, school, society and government have to cooperate together and give interest in the quality of life of teenagers.
