국문 초록
연구에서는 일반계 고등학교의 다양화한 특성화의 요구를 파악하여, ‘교육의 질적 기제’로서의 선택교과 수업장학을 중심으로 자율적이고 다양한 장학 운영의 구체적 방안을 제시함으로써 일반계 고등학교가 보다 용이하게 특성화 할 수 있도록 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 일반계 고등학교의 유형을 살펴본 후 새로운 교육 패러다임에 맞는 특성화와 다양화의 필요성에 따라 일반계 고등학교에서 운영 가능한 장학을 통한 특성화의 가능성을 분석하고 이를 위한 전략적 측면과 실행적 측면에서의 운영 방안에 관해 제시하였다.
영문 초록
The 21th century wants the education to realize various abilities and potentials of the students and creative and unique idea will become the source of important knowledge in production. So, the most importantly treated study subject in 21st century focuses on how to professionalize the instruction supervision activities which can raise the qualities of education. At this time, the operation organization of instructional supervision
activities can construct instructional culture of the school to competent level, and we proceeded this study setting academic high school that can typify according to the feature under the premise that it can provide the opportunity that typifies the feature through this.
The educational paradigm in knowledge-based society is demanding the change as self-reproductive school and diversification of the unit school for cultivation of creative human. Especially, academic high schools that are already uniformed and singularized are under the status of not accepting these changes actively. If there is no effort by the academic high school itself to cultivate professionally trained person, we face difficulty
in expecting qualitative improvement in education. This study is to suggest specialization plan of academic high school through instructional supervision based on new educational paradigm.
For this, we investigated and analyzed each and every domestic and foreign literature related to instructional supervision, and looked onto the problems through the status of instructional supervision as of. Also, based on the degree of demand about variety and characterization of the academic high school student's school, it suggested plan of specailization in academic high schools through instructional supervision. The research
result of the typification method according to the features of academic high schools through instructional supervision is as follows. So, the researcher of this study analyzed the possibility mainly of application cases of academic high school at the "practice guidance" on July 28, 2004 when the beginning year of practice in the 7th educational course ends by the government in the meantime, and implemented the study while getting the conclusion as "the specialization plan of academic high school through instructional supervision."
The method that typifies academic high schools according to their features can be totally developed through strategic support in national level and active practice planning will. This can be possible by the matter already settled that is instructional supervision leading the improvement in quality of schools.
Merely, the instructional supervision must aim at the improvement in quality of education considering the characteristic development of the school which premises new educational paradigm.
But it is true that the status at fields of considerable number of academic high schools is still wanting and the practical change, precondition and practical effort based on the reality must company. Especially, for the overall change and improvement of the school, conversion in consciousness that understands and accepts new change and the policy that pursues that paradigm while predicting the future and looks the reality squarely
must be considered first.
For specialization of academic high school according to its features, 'factors outside the school' that transcends the unit school range like education plans, policy and administration structure of the national society, that is, strategic aspect, and 'factors inside the school' and personal, material factors that compose school, that is, practical aspects, are affecting it together.
If we arrange the methods of typification according to the feature of academic high school mainly of the related contents to the factors outside the school, it is as follows.
First, it plays a central role in qualitative improvement of the school through
