영문 초록

This study was carried out to know health conditions of estheticians following their career and position of aromatherapy management. They visited skin care centers which were selected for convenience and distributed questionnaires to 300 estheticians with different working periods and positions. A total of 288 questionnaires except 12 unfaithful ones were taken. First, the result showed that there was meaningful differences according to their career. Experts with longer career more seriously felt headaches, breast oppression, eye fatigue, neck dryness, fatigue, drowsiness, sluggishness, skin dryness and itchiness after executing aromatherapy. Second, they were different in practicing for their health according to their career. For example, those with longer career were more careful in terms of wearing a mask, managing health care, taking medical checks, practicing regularly and improving working conditions. Third, there also was meaningful differences according to their position. For example, those with higher positions appealed more serious headaches, breast oppression, eye fatigue, neck dryness, fatigue, drowsiness, sluggishness, tension, acuity, concentration trouble, skin dryness and itchiness after executing aromatherapy. Fourth, they were different in practicing for their health according to their position. For example, those with higher positions were more careful in terms of taking medical checks, practicing regularly and improving working conditions.
