국문 초록

This study utilized narrative inquiry methods to construct a narrative of a 30-something single woman’s life experience before, during, and after Soma-based expressive arts therapy, and to reconstruct its meaning. The puzzle of this study is: What kind of lived story composition and meaning does the experience of Soma-based expressive arts therapy have in the lives of research participants? The meaning of the experiences lived by the participants as a result of the inquiry is as follows. First, my mother's anxiety seeped into me. Second, leave home and wander around looking for a home. Third, my body as a safe zone, Soma, was the home I had been searching for. Fourth, it's okay to feel me now. I hope that the understanding of the experience of Soma-based expressive arts therapy through the exploration of the life story lived by an individual will not remain as an understanding of an individual adult woman, but will expand to an understanding of the way of life and pursuit of constantly trying to form the self in a limited environment, thereby contributing to the development of socio-cultural, physical, and psychological resources of unmarried women in their 30s.
