영문 초록

Deep sea water which was found about skin moisturizing power intensify effect the depth of water 200 meter a depth the inside sea existing which having psychrophilic, eutrophication, clearing nearly 60~70% occupying human body water and element organization is skin to superiority affinity skin was found a little water about sensitive skin impulse. The Seawater like the dead sea water, several places which mineral water was found effect atopy dermatitis, psoriasis, skin construction, through several study and others seawater which mineral water is comprised in special element promoted recovery of skin fence was reported a fact. This study would be found natural resources contain which promoting depth moisture possession capacity. concretely purpose of this study first, skin moisturizing basic prescription make hydro gel this deep sea water 10% and deep sea water 20% addition the best moisturizing prescription. Second, being health a peace of college women through in vivo test would be found skin moisturizing increasing effect. Third, acute the intestinal wall injury condition would confirm moisturizing effect. Forth, through efficacy containing marine depth water would estimated moisturizing cream and skin intestinal capacity.
