토지재조사사업에서 한국측지계2002 성과의 활용연구

국문 초록

  우리나라의 위치기준이 되는 국가기준점의 성과는 1907년 대한제국에서 관측을 시작한 이래 조선총독부 임시토지조사국에서 좌표를 확정하였고 이후 지속적으로 유지관리하여 왔다. 다시 최근에는 세계측지계에 의한 위치기준을 새로 도입하여 대한민국경위도원점, GPS상시관측망의 성과를 고시하여 정하였으며 종전의 모든 국가기준점의 성과를 한국측지계2002(KGD2002) 기반으로 새로 산정하고 있다.
  이 논문에서는 현재까지 측량.지적분야에서 운용하고 있는 국가기준점 성과의 이력에 대해 고찰하고 새로 도입된 세계측지계 기반의 상시관측망 성과를 검토하며, 토지재조사사업에서 활용할 수 있는 한국 측지계2002 기반의 삼각점 성과의 산정내용에 대해 다루고 있다.

영문 초록

  National control networks, which observations are started in year 1907, surveyed by National Land Survey. The coordinates of the network are used as positional reference frame and the networks are maintained by Korea government. Recently, in Surveying Law a geocentric coordinate system is newly introduced, the coordinates of origin point as geodetic horizontal datum is redefined. Continuously operating reference stations(CORS) coordinates also noticed and coordinates of all points of national control networks are recomputed as suitable to Korea Geodetic Datum 2002(KGD2002).
  In this paper, historical backgrounds of the official coordinates in Korea was reviewed, which is used up to now. The CORS coordinates of world geodetic datum were examined, that introduced in the field of surveying and cadastres. The estimation procedures of KGC2002 on triangulation point were reviewed for application to the National Land Re-survey project.
