지적통계연보의 이용자만족도에 관한 조사연구

국문 초록

  본 연구목적은 현행 지적통계연보의 통계내용과 이용자들이 얼마나 만족하고 있는지를 조사하고 문제점을 도출하여 향후 개선방안을 모색하는데 있다. 지적통계연보 종합만족도에 대한 포트폴리오 분석결과 공표시기의 적절성, 제공방법·편제 구성의 편리성, 충분한 정보의 제공, 다양한 내용의 수록 항목의 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났고, 지적통계연보 이용시 유의사항·관련개념·용어의 정의 등의 설명 항목에 대해서도 점진적인 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 개선방향을 살펴보면, 첫째는 지적통계의 근거법령을 지적사무전산처리규정에서 지적법 등 상위법에 근거조항을 명문화가 필요하다. 둘째는 지적통계를 담당하는 전담인력확보와 전문인력의 양성이 필요하다. 셋째는 지적통계연보이용자들의 통계이용상 불편이 없도록 하고 다양한 의견수렴이 필요하다. 넷째는 지적통계의 정책정보 확대를 위하여 통계항목의 다양화가 필요하다. 끝으로 지적통계를 지적정보센터 홈페이지에 등록하여 대국민 서비스 확대와 홈페이지 등록내용을 다양하고 체계적으로 운용토록 하여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study is to investigate the user"s satisfaction of the Cadastral Statistical Annual Report, to suggest the progressive solutions for its development. The problems are as follows; to proper time of the official announcement, to convenience make an offer method and composition, to offer of the plentifully information, to record of variety contents etc.
  The solution to these problems are put forwards as follows; First, It"s must be provided for in the cadastral law, about a basis articles of the Cadastral Statistical Annual Report. Secondly, It"s necessary that security of the exclusive man be charged with the whole human power and cultivated of specialist. Thirdly, It"s need that accept to variety opinion and have not be inconvenience of user"s the Cadastral Statistical Annual Report. Fourthly, It"s necessary that to diversify of the statistical items for the extension to policy information of Cadastral Statistics. Fifthly, It"s must be put on record to homepage of the Cadastre Information Center, to diversify of homepage contents and extension to service for the people.
