국문 초록

본 고는 어린이집 영아반 교육공동체의 교란과 조응을 읽는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 ‘덩이 ↝ 선 ↝ 매듭’이라는 구겨짐의 세계로 조응하며 매듭을 엮는 후기질적탐구방법으로 연구되었다. 연구참여자는 A∼D 어린이집 영아반 교사와 연구자 m이 얽힌 교육공동체이다. 2024년 5월부터 9월까지 누적된 연구자 m의 기록을 다시-돌아보는 과정을 통해 자료를 수집(생성)하였다. 또한 팀 잉골드의 철학적 개념을 분석 틀로 차용하여, ‘덩이 ↝ 선 ↝ 매듭’의 얽힌 과정으로 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 영아의 놀이 과정에서 강조되는 안전과 교사가 만드는 허용적 분위기를 교란하고 ‘어린이하기’의 관점으로 교육공동체가 함께 조응하였다. 둘째, 준비된 환경과 교수학습법을 교란하고, ‘배움버리기’를 통해 기존의 지식을 잃어버림으로써 새로운 배움을 교육공동체가 함께 조응할 수 있었다. 셋째, 영아의 기본생활습관 지도와 사회화를 교란하고, 영아의 방식으로 삶을 살아가는 ‘현존하기’를 교육공동체가 함께 조응하였다. 이는 교사가 교육공동체 속에서 기존의 지식을 교란함으로써 새로운 의미의 배움과 조응할 수 있도록 하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the disturbances and connections within the educational community of young children in childcare centers. It employed a post-qualitative inquiry approach aligned with the concept of the “world of wrinkles” in “blob ↝ lines ↝ knots.” and the weaving knots. The research participants constitute an educational community entangled with young child class teachers from childcare centers A to D and the researcher m. Data were collected (generated) through a retrospective review of researcher m’s accumulated records from May to September 2024. Furthermore, drawing on Tim Ingold’s philosophical concepts as an analytical framework, the data were analyzed through the entangled process of “blob ↝ lines ↝ knots.” The findings revealed three key points. First, the educational community engaged in collective learning from the perspective of “childing” by disrupting the emphasis on safety in infant play and the permissive atmosphere created by teachers. Second, the community engaged in new learning new learning through the process of “unlearning,” which involved disrupting the prepared environment, conventional teaching methods, and established knowledge. Third, the community learned to “be present” by unsettling infants’ basic living routines and socialization processes, instead embracing life as lived by infants. This study is expected to guide how educational communities can more effectively connect childcare centers with the everyday lives of infants. This allowed the teacher to create a disturbance within existing knowledge in the educational community and engage with new meanings of learning in response.
