국문 초록

본 연구는 소규모 공립유치원 공동교육과정 운영에 대한 유치원 교사의 관심도와 실행수준을 분석하 여 운영의 실효성을 높이고, 현장 지원을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 충청 남도 소재 소규모 공립유치원에서 공동교육과정을 운영 중인 교사 82명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실 시하고, SPSS Statistics 26.0을 활용하여 관심도와 실행수준을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 교사들의 전반적인 관심도는 실행하지 않는 비사용자 단계에 머물러 있었다. 단계별로 지각적 관심이 높게 나 타난 반면, 결과적 관심이 낮게 나타났다. 배경변인별 분석 결과, 공동교육과정 운영 경험이 많을수록 관심도가 높게 나타났으며, 관련 연수에 참여한 경험이 있는 교사 집단 역시 높은 관심도를 보였다. 둘 째, 유치원 교사의 공동교육과정 실행수준은 기계적 실행 빈도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 배경변인별로 교직경력, 공동교육과정 운영 경험, 관련 연수참여 경험, 학급 편성 유형에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 소규모 공립유치원 공동교육과정 운영에 대한 교사의 관심도와 실행수준 간의 관계는 교사의 관심도가 높아짐에 따라 실행수준이 높아지는 결과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 소규모 공립유치원 공동교육과정 운영 활성화를 위한 방향성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to increase the effectiveness of the operation and provide basic data for field support by analyzing the degree of interest and execution of kindergarten teachers in the operation of small public kindergarten joint curriculum. To this end, an online survey was conducted on 82 teachers operating a joint curriculum at a small public kindergarten in Chungcheongnam-do, and interest and execution level were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 26.0. As a result of the study, first, the overall interest of teachers remained at the non-user stage, which was not implemented. Perceptual interest was high for each stage, while consequential interest was low. As a result of the analysis by background variable, the more experience in operating the joint curriculum, the higher the interest, and the group of teachers who have participated in related training also showed high interest. Second, the frequency of mechanical execution was the highest in the level of joint curriculum implementation of kindergarten teachers. There were statistically significant differences according to teaching experience, experience in operating a joint curriculum, experience in participating in related training, and type of class organization for each background variable. Third, the relationship between teachers’ interest in the operation of a small public kindergarten joint curriculum and the level of implementation was found to increase the level of implementation as teachers’ interest increased. Based on these results, this study presented a direction for revitalizing the operation of a small public kindergarten joint curriculum.
