부모와 교사의 사회적지지가 훈련만족도에 미치는 영향과 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과: 일반고 특화과정을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 일반고 특화과정 직업훈련생들이 인식하는 부모 및 교사의 사회적지지와 진로결정 자기효능감이 훈련만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 일반고 특화과정 직업훈련에 참여한 직업훈련생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 설문을 바탕으로 기술통계량분석 및 각 변인들에 대한 사전 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 잠재변인간 구조관계를 확인하기 위해 구조방정식 모델링 분석법을 활용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 부모의 사회적지지는 진로결정 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였으나 훈련만족도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 교사의 사회적지지는 진로결정 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째 교사의 사회적지지는 훈련만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 넷째, 진로결정 자기효능감은 훈련만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 진로결정 자기효능감이 부모 및 교사의 사회적지지와 훈련만족도 사이의 관계를 매개하였다. 이를 토대로 일반고 특화과정 직업훈련생을 지원하기 위한 사회적지지 및 진로결정 자기효능감 향상 방안에 대한 다각적인 탐구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

In this study, the structural relationship was analyzed to see how the social support and career decision self-efficacy of parents and teachers perceived by Vocational Education Course of General High School. To this end, a survey was conducted on vocational trainees who participated in vocational training in the course of specializing general high schools, and descriptive statistical analysis and preliminary factor analysis were conducted for each variable based on the survey. In addition, structural equation modeling analysis was used to confirm the structural relationship between latent variables. First, it was confirmed that parents' social support had a positive(+) effect on career decision self-efficacy, but the effect on training satisfaction was not statistically significant. Second, it was confirmed that teachers' social support had a positive(+) effect on career decision self-efficacy. Third, it was confirmed that teachers' social support had a positive(+) effect on training satisfaction. Fourth, it was confirmed that career decision self-efficacy had a positive(+) effect on training satisfaction. Finally, career decision self-efficacy mediated the relationship between parents and teachers' social support and training satisfaction. Based on this, it is necessary to explore various ways to improve social support and career decision self-efficacy to support vocational trainees in general high school specialized courses.
