성폭력 상담사의 수퍼비전 경험에 관한 질적 연구: 경상권역 해바라기센터 상담사를 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구는 성폭력 상담사들의 수퍼비전 경험과 상담 현장에서의 삶을 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경상권역의 해바라기센터(성폭력 피해자 통합지원센터)에서 근무하며 수퍼비전 경험이 있는 9명의 성폭력 상담사를 대상으로 개별 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구 방법은 합의적 질적 연구(Consensual Qualitative Research: CQR)로 수행하였다. 인터뷰 내용의 분석 결과, ‘성폭력 상담 현장의 어려움’, ‘수퍼비전을 통한 자기 성장’, ‘아쉬움을 남긴 수퍼비전 경험’, ‘수퍼비전에 대한 바람과 요구’라는 네 가지 주요 주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 성폭력 상담사의 수퍼비전 경험과 관련된 심리적, 사회적 경험을 탐색하는 통합적 자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한, 성폭력 상담사들이 실제로 겪은 수퍼비전 경험을 심도 있게 탐색한 본 연구의 결과는 성폭력 상담 수퍼비전 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives: This study aimed to understand the supervision experiences and lives of sexual violence counselors in counseling settings. Method: Nine sexual violence counselors working at the Sunflower Center (a comprehensive support center for sexual violence victims) in the Gyeongsang region with supervision experience were individually interviewed for this purpose. Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR) was applied to conduct interviews and collect qualitative data. Results: As a result of analyzing the interview content, four main themes emerged: challenges in the field of sexual violence counseling, personal growth through supervision, supervision experiences with regrets, and wishes and demands for supervision. Conclusion: The significance of this study lies in providing an integrative dataset exploring the psychological and social experiences related to the supervision of sexual violence counselors. Additionally, the findings of this in-depth exploration of actual supervision experiences by sexual violence counselors can serve as foundational data for future research on sexual violence counseling supervision.
