부부･가족치료 사례개념화 연구의 과제와 전망: 주제 및 상담분야별 연구동향 비교 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 부부･가족치료 사례개념화 연구의 활성화를 위한 기반 연구로서, 국내 상담 및 심리치료 분야에서 수행된 사례개념화 연구의 동향을 주제 및 상담분야별로 분석하고, 부부･가족치료 분야에의 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 선행연구 분류체계를 기반으로 7개 영역, 11개 주제로 구성된 분석 틀을 개발하고, 이를 적용하여 64편의 연구를 대상으로 빈도분석과 내용분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 사례개념화 연구는 꾸준히 증가 추세를 보였으며, 주제별로는 구성요소, 이론모형, 특성역량 순으로 연구가 활발히 이루어졌다. 부부･가족치료 분야는 주로 이론모형과 구성요소 연구에 집중되어 있고, 관계적 맥락과 가족체계 요인 중심의 연구가 진행되었으나, 구성경험, 척도개발, 교육경험 주제의 연구는 부재한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 부부･가족치료 고유의 정체성을 반영한 사례개념화 모델 개발, 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 효과성 검증, 사례개념화 기반 부부･가족치료 참여 경험과 성과 검증 등의 통합적 발전을 통해 사례개념화 연구의 확장과 적용을 촉진할 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

Objectives: This study aims to advance case conceptualization research in couple and family therapy by analyzing topic- and domain-specific trends in counseling and psychotherapy studies and identifying implications for the couple and family therapy field. Methods: An analytical framework consisting of seven domains and eleven topics was developed based on prior classifications. Using this framework, frequency and content analyses were conducted on 64 selected studies. Results: The findings reveal a steady increase in case conceptualization research. The most frequently studied topics were conceptual components, theoretical models, and practitioner competencies. In the couple and family therapy field, research primarily focused on relational contexts and family system factors, while studies on experiential processes, scale development, and training experiences remained limited. Conclusions: This study proposes a development agenda: (1) designing a case conceptualization model that reflects the unique identity of couple and family therapy, (2) developing and validating training programs, and (3) exploring participation experiences and verifying outcomes in case conceptualization-based couple and family therapy. Promoting integrated development across these areas is expected to foster the expansion and practical application of case conceptualization research in the couple and family therapy field.
