슈퍼바이지의 원가족 건강성과 불안정 애착전략이 슈퍼비전 작업동맹에 미치는 영향에서 내담자 경험 수련의 조절된 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 슈퍼바이지가 인식하는 원가족 건강성과 불안정 애착으로 인해 사용되는 슈퍼바이지의 애착전략이 슈퍼비전 작업동맹 수준에 영향을 미칠 때, 내담자 경험 수련의 효과를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 슈퍼비전을 받은 경험이 있는 상담자 208명을 대상으로 원가족 건강성, 슈퍼비전 작업동맹, 불안정 애착전략, 내담자 경험 수련에 대한 온라인 설문을 실시하였고, SPSS와 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용하여 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 불안정 애착전략은 원가족 건강성과 슈퍼비전 작업동맹을 완전 매개하였고, 원가족 건강성이 불안정 애착전략에 미치는 영향은 내담자 경험 수련 유무에 따라 조절되었으며, 이로써 불안정 애착전략이 슈퍼비전 작업동맹에 미치는 영향력이 감소하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 원가족 건강성 문제가 슈퍼바이지의 불안정 애착전략 사용을 강화하여 슈퍼비전 작업동맹을 약화시키는 상황에서 슈퍼바이지의 내담자 경험 수련이 중요한 완화 역할을 하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 내담자 경험 수련의 중요성을 슈퍼비전 작업동맹과 관련하여 구체화하였다는 데 의미를 지닌다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to verify the moderated mediating effect of supervisees’ client experience as training on the relationships among family-of-origin health, insecure attachment strategies, and the supervisory working alliance. Methods: A survey was conducted online for 208 therapists who have experienced supervision by completing the following questionnaires: FOS-16, WAI-T, SASS, client experience as training. The data were analyzed using SPSS and SPSS PROCESS Macro. Results: The results of the study are as follows: First, a mediation effect of insecure attachment strategies on the relationship between family-of-origin health and the supervisory working alliance was found. Second, a moderation effect of client experience as training on the relationship between family-of-origin health and insecure attachment strategies was found. Finally, client experience as training also moderated the mediating effect on the relationships among family-of-origin health, insecure attachment strategies, and the supervisory working alliance. Conclusions: In situations where family-of-origin health issues exacerbate insecure attachment strategies among supervisees, thereby weakening the working alliance in supervision, this study confirms the significant mitigating role of supervisees' client experience as training. The findings highlight the importance and value of client experience as training in counselor practical education, specifically in relation to the supervisory working alliance.
