초등 예비교사교육자의 체육수업 운영에 관한 학습자의 목소리

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등 예비교사교육자의 체육수업 운영에 관한 학습자의 목소리를 탐색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 참여자는 초등 예비교사 14명이고, 초등 예비교사와의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰로 자료를 수집하였다. 이 연구에서 수집된 자료를 Spradley(1979)의 영역분석과 분류분석의 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 초등 예비교사교육자의 몸동작, 표정, 말투, 행위로 범주화되었다. 몸동작은 공간을 적절하게 움직이기와 설명하는 내용에 어울리는 손동작이 도출되었다. 표정은 상대방과 시선 마주하기, 눈의 표정과 움직임으로 범주화되었다. 말투는 발음의 명확성과 속도, 말의 높낮이와 크기로 범주화되었다. 그리고 행위는 끝까지 경청하기, 긍정적․구체적 피드백 주기, 이해와 공감하기 등이 도출되었다. 이 연구에서는 초등 예비교사교육자의 몸동작에 대한 정서 표출, 수업운영의 특질, 움직임에 대한 고려 등으로 나누어 논의하였다. 이 연구는 초등 예비교사교육자가 자신의 수업 운영에서 몸으로 표현되는 매체 방식에서 효율적인 몸동작, 표정, 말투 그리고 학습자에 대한 행위를 어떻게 하는 것이 좋은지를 이해하도록 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore learners’ voices regarding the operation of physical education classes by elementary school pre-service teacher educators. The participants in this study were 14 elementary school pre-service teachers, and data were collected based on focus group interviews with elementary school pre-service teachers. The data collected in this study were analyzed using Spradley's (1979) domain analysis and classification analysis methods. The results of the study were categorized into the body movements, facial expressions, speech, and behaviors of elementary school pre-service teacher educators. Body movements were derived to move appropriately through space and hand movements that match the content being described. Facial expressions were categorized into eye contact with the other person, and eye expressions and movements. Speech style was categorized by clarity and speed of pronunciation, pitch and volume of speech. And the actions were derived as listening until the end, giving positive and specific feedback, understanding, and empathizing. In this study, the emotional expression of elementary school pre-service teacher educators' body movements, characteristics of class management, and considerations for movement were discussed. This study will explore how elementary school pre-service teacher educators can best utilize body language, facial expressions, speech, and behavior toward learners in their classrooms through physical media.
