국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 이전재배치 초등학생의 학교적응과 관련된 심리사회적 요인으로 생활스트레스, 긍정심리자본을 선정하고, 해당 변인들 간 구조적관계를 살펴보는 것이다. C지역의 이전재배치 된 A초등학교에 재학중인 3~6학년 학생 492명의 자료를 수집ㆍ활용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0을 활용하여 연구변인 간 상관관계 분석, 전학희망여부에 따른 집단 간 차이검증(t-test), 구조방정식모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 각 연구변인들은 모두 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이전재배치 된 초등학교의 경우, 전학 희망 여부에 따라 학교적응 정도와 긍정심리자본에 차이가 있었다. 이는 초등학교의 이전재배치가 진행될 경우, 전학 희망 여부에 따른 긍정심리자본 향상과 학교적응 프로그램의 필요성을 보여주었다. 둘째, 이전재배치 초등학생의 생활스트레스는 긍정심리자본과 학교적응에 미치는 직ㆍ간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 생활스트레스와 학교적응의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 부분매개효과가 있었다. 마지막으로 전학희망 여부에 따른 다중집단분석에서 비희망집단의 경우, 생활스트레스가 학교적응으로 가는 경로가 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타나 생활스트레스가 학교적응과의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 완전매개효과가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이전재배치 초등학생의 학교적응과 관련하여 시사점 및 후속연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study investigates the structural relationships between life stress and positive psychological capital(PsyCap) as psychosocial factors in the context of school adaptation among relocated elementary school students. Data from 492 3rd to 6th grade students attending Elementary School A, which was relocated to Region C, were collected and utilized. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 were used to analyze correlations between research variables, test differences between groups according to the desire to transfer schools (t-test), and verify structural equation models. The research results are summarized as follows. First, each research variable was found to have a significant correlation, and there was a difference in the degree of school adaptation and positive PsyCap depending on whether relocated elementary school students wanted to transfer. This indicates a need for improvement in positive psychological capital and a school adaptation program, depending on whether or not the child wants to transfer when the elementary school is relocated. Second, life stress of relocated elementary school students was found to have both direct and indirect effects on their positive psychology and school adaptation. In other words, positive PsyCap had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between life stress and school adaptation. Lastly, in the multi-group analysis according to the desire to transfer to school, in the case of the non-desire group, the path from life stress to school adjustment was found to be insignificant. This indicates that positive psychology had a full mediating effect on the relationship between life stress and school adjustment. Based on these results, implications and follow-up research were proposed regarding the school adaptation of relocated elementary school students.
