국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화가정 청소년의 사회적 고립감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 관계에서 자원봉사 참여의 조절효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원의 다문화가정 청소년패널 조사 2기 5차년도(2023년) 데이터를 활용하였다. 연구대상자는 총 451명으로, 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0과 PROCESS macro 4.2.를 사용하였다. 분석결과 다문화가정 청소년의 사회적 고립감은 삶의 만족도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미친다는 것이 확인되었으며, 자원봉사 참여는 사회적 고립감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 효과를 나타냈다. 즉, 사회적 고립감이 높을수록 삶의 만족도가 낮아지며, 자원봉사 참여는 이 관계를 완충하는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정 청소년의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 사회복지적 개입 방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to analyze the moderating effect of volunteer participation in the relationship between the social isolation of adolescents from multicultural families on life satisfaction. To this end, data from the 2nd 5th year (2023) of the Youth Panel Survey of Multicultural Families by the Korea Youth Policy Institute were used. A total of 451 subjects were studied, and data analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS macro 4.2. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the social isolation of adolescents from multicultural families had a negative (-) effect on life satisfaction, and volunteer participation showed the effect of controlling the effect of social isolation on life satisfaction. In other words, the higher the sense of social isolation, the lower the satisfaction of life, and volunteer participation was found to play a role in buffering this relationship. Based on these findings, social welfare intervention measures were suggested to improve the life satisfaction of adolescents from multicultural families.
