국문 초록

『알면 다르게 보이는 일본 문화』는 서로 다른 직업을 가진 한일 양국의 전문가들이 동아시아 사랑방 포럼에서 열리는 학술 대회에서 연구하고 토론한 내용을 정리하여 소개한 책이다. 이 책의 특징은 일본의 역사, 정치, 경제, 사회, 예술, 문학 등 다양한 분야에서 활동하고 연구해 온 다수의 전문가들이 일본 문화에 관련된 전문적인 내용을 개인의 생생한 체험을 바탕으로 쉽고 흥미롭게 풀어낸다는 점이다. 한국과 일본 간의 복잡하고 미묘한 관계 속에서 이 책을 통해 일본의 문화를 정확히 이해한다면 가깝고도 먼 두 나라의 관계를 정상화하는 데에도 도움이 될 것이라고 생각한다.

영문 초록

Japanese Culture is a book that summarizes and introduces the research and discussions of experts from both Korea and Japan at an academic conference held at the East Asian Sarangbang Forum. The characteristic of this book is that many experts who have worked and studied in various fields such as Japanese history, politics, economy, society, art, and literature easily and interestingly unravel professional content related to Japanese culture based on their personal vivid experiences. I think that if we understand Japanese culture accurately through this book in the complex and subtle relationship between Korea and Japan, it will also help normalize the relationship between the two countries, which are close and far away.
