예비교사의 창의성 및 융복합 역량 신장을 위한 <교육학개론> 수업 개발 실행연구

국문 초록

연구자는 교원양성기관의 교직과목 중 <교육학개론> 과목의 수업을 창의성 및 융복합 역량을 신장시킬 수 있는 수업으로 지속적으로 향상시켜가기 위해 질적 실행연구를 수행하였다. 이 연구에서 창의성은 지적이며 자기창조적 존재인 인간 본래의 보통 자질로, 융복합은 지적 관계 속에서 변화하고 생성되어 가는 인간의 지적 양태로 보았다. 그리하여 이의 신장을 위해 조별토의를 전경으로 삼아 수업환경을 설계하였다. 연구 결과, 실행의 과정을 1. 처음 생겨난 수업풍경과 그 설계, 2. 수업패턴의 형성 과정과 동력, “아무것도 몰라요” “이미 다 알고 있어요.”, 3. 반성적 대화의 시간, 4. 성찰적 생성의 시간: ‘정답자’에서 ‘연구자’로 로 주제화할 수 있었다. 그리고 수업 개발 목표 및 수업 개발 자체와 관련하여 ‘조별토의의 가치 및 운영방법, 강의식 수업의 가치, 교사교육자로서 최신 교수법에 대한 태도와 의미, 자기교육의 가치’ 등에 대한 실천지를 구성할 수 있었다. 연구자는 부족하지만, 관념에 그칠 수도 있는 수업철학을 구현하고자 최선을 다한 노력을 통해 얻은 이 연구의 결과가 공통의 관심사를 가진 교사교육자 및 교육연구자들에게 작은 울림이 될 수 있기를 기대해 본다. I conducted this study to develop a class on < Introduction to Pedagogy > as teaching subject at the Teacher Training Institute for a class that can enhance the creativity and knowledge convergence competency. In this study, creativity is defined as the general nature of human beings: intellectual and inventive. Convergence is defined as the intellectual form of human beings that changes and is created through intellectual relationships. The direction of class development was to set up group activities in the foreground of classes in order to increase creativity and knowing competency. The results of this study reveals that the process of action research is: 1. First landscape of the class and its design, 2. Formation process and driving force of class pattern 3. Time for reflective conversation, 4. Time of reflective Creation, from 'Answerer' to 'Researcher'. This research leads to the formation of four practical wisdoms: the value and operation of group discussions, the value of lecture classes, the value of self-education as a teacher educator and the attitude about the latest teaching methods and its meaning. This research could be just an idea. However, it was done through reflectional action in the field with the best efforts. I hope that the results of this study may be small echoes to educational researchers of common interest with teacher-educators.
