유아교사의 감정노동이 유아-교사 상호작용에 미치는 영향 : 교수효능감과 소진의 직렬다중매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 감정노동과 유아-교사 상호작용의 관계에서 교수효능감과 소진의 직렬다중매개역할을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 유아교사 204명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 JAMOVI 2.3.2.0과 JAMM을 사용하여 분석했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정노동과 교수효능감, 교수효능감과 소진, 감정노동과 유아-교사 상호작용, 소진과 유아-교사 상호작용은 부적영향을 미쳤으나, 교수효능감과 유아-교사 상호작용은 정적영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 유아교사의 감정노동과 유아-교사 상호작용 관계에서 유아교사 교수효능감은 부적매개효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 유아교사의 감정노동과 교수효능감, 유아-교사 상호작용 관계에서 유아교사 소진은 직렬다중매개효과로 검증됐다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to confirm the serial multi-mediation role of teaching efficacy and burnout in the relationship between emotional labor and infant-teacher interaction of early childhood teachers. To this end, data were collected from 204 infant teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers, and the collected data were analyzed using JAMOVI 2.3.2.0 and JAMM. The results of the study are as follows. First, emotional labor and teaching efficacy, teaching efficacy and exhaustion, emotional labor and infant-teacher interaction, burnout and infant-teacher interaction had a negative effect, but teaching efficacy and infant-teacher interaction had a positive effect. Second, in the relationship between the emotional labor of early childhood teachers and infant-teacher interaction, the teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers showed a negative mediating effect. Third, in the relationship between emotional labor and teaching efficacy of infant teachers, and infant-teacher interaction, infant teacher burnout was verified as a serial multi-mediated effect.
