국문 초록

이 연구는 AI에 기반을 둔 스마트 기기를 활용하여 초등학교 체육수업에 적합한 데이터 지표를 탐색하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 RISS를 통해 스마트 기기 활용 체육수업 관련 논문 27편을 자료로 수집하였으며, 반복적 비교·분석과 주제 코딩을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 체육수업에서 활용 가능한 데이터 지표는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신장, 몸무게, 체질량 지수(BMI), 근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 등 신체 능력 지표와 심폐지구력, 혈압, 혈당, 콜레스테롤 등 신체적 특성 지표이다. 둘째, 체육수업 시간에 참여한 비율, 활동한 시간, 수행한 운동량 등 체육 활동 참여 지표이다. 셋째, 체력과 건강의 지표 변화와 스트레스, 우울감 등 심리적 상태의 변화와 학업 성취도의 변화인 체육 활동 효과 지표이다. 이상의 AI 기반 스마트 기기를 활용한 데이터 지표는 학생건강체력평가(PAPS)의 객관성과 활용도를 높이고, 맞춤형 체육수업 및 자기주도학습 구현에 기여할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore suitable data indicators for elementary school physical education classes using AI-based smart devices. For this purpose, 27 papers related to the use of smart devices in physical education classes were collected from the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) and analyzed through constant comparative analysis and theme coding. The data indicators applicable in physical education classes are as follows: First, physical characteristics indicators such as height, weight, body mass index (BMI), muscle strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance, blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol. Second, physical activity participation indicators such as the rate of participation in physical education classes, time spent in activities, and the amount of exercise performed. Third, physical activity effect indicators such as changes in physical fitness and health, changes in psychological states like stress and depression, and changes in academic achievement. The data indicators utilizing AI-based smart devices can enhance the objectivity and usability of the Physical Activity Promotion System (PAPS), and contribute to the implementation of customized physical education classes and self-directed learning.
