국문 초록

연구배경 : 평생교육의 지속적인 성장으로 인해 평생교육 강사의 수도 증대되고 있다. 최근 4년 동안 교육 분야에서 MZ세대 관련 연구가 대두되고 있지만 평생교육 강사에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 평생교육의 실천적 방향성을 확립하는데 본 연구의 필요성을 둔다. 연구목적 : 본 연구는 MZ세대 평생교육 강사의 ‘강의경험’을 경험학습 관점에서 이해하고 현상학적 연구방법으로 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 강의를 시작하게 된 동기는 무엇인가? 둘째, 강의경험은 어떠한가? 셋째, 강의경험을 통한 변화는 무엇인가? 이다. 연구방법 : MZ세대에 속하는 강의경력 3년 이상인 강사 6명을 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 심층면담으로 자료 수집을 한 후 현상학적 연구방법 중 Colaizzi의 분석 방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과 : ‘의미화된 능동적인 직업 선택’, ‘학습자와의 수평적 성장’, ‘노마디즘 사고 형성’, ‘멀티페르소나’, ‘삶은 곧 교육’ 의 총 5개 주제군을 확정하였다. 연구참여자들은 강의라는 경험의 의미 체득을 넘어서, 삶 전체에 의미를 부여하며 개인의 변화를 통해 사회 전체의 성장에도 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있었다. 시사점 : 본 연구는 MZ세대 평생교육 강사의 강의경험에 대한 본질적이고 현상학적인 기초를 제공한다. 이에 따라 MZ세대 평생교육 강사에 특성에 대한 인식 재고와 MZ세대 평생교육강사에 대한 기초자료 제공과 같이 평생교육 현장에서의 실천적인 시사점을 가진다.

영문 초록

Background : Due to the continuous growth of lifelong education, the number of lifelong education instructors is increasing. Over the past four years, research on the MZ generation has emerged in the field of education, but research on lifelong education instructors is insufficient. Accordingly, the necessity of this study is to establish the practical direction of lifelong education. Purpose : This study understands the ‘lecture experience’ of MZ generation lifelong education instructors from an experiential learning perspective and sets the following research questions using a phenomenological research method. First, what motivated you to start teaching? Second, what is your teaching experience like? Third, what changes occur through the lecture experience? am. Methodology / Approach : Six instructors with more than 3 years of teaching experience belonging to the age of the MZ generation were selected as participants in the study. After collecting data through in-depth interviews, Colaizzi's analysis method was applied among the phenomenological research methods. Findings / Conclusions : A total of 5 topic groups were confirmed: ‘Signified active career choice’, ‘Horizontal growth with learners’, ‘Formation of nomadism’, ‘Multi-persona’, and ‘Life is education’. Research participants went beyond learning the meaning of the lecture experience, giving meaning to their entire lives, and had a positive impact on the growth of society as a whole through personal change. Implications : This study provides an essential and phenomenological basis for the teaching experiences of MZ generation lifelong education instructors. Accordingly, it has practical implications in the field of lifelong education, such as reconsidering the awareness of the characteristics of MZ generation lifelong education instructors and providing basic data for MZ generation lifelong education instructors.
