국문 초록

연구배경 : 경력단절여성의 재취업과 관련한 다양한 정책과 사업들이 추진되고 있으나, 실질적인 고용지원 등 실효성에 대한 논란이 지속되는 상황에서, 일에 근간한 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 실행하는 사례를 제시할 필요가 있다. 연구목적 : 분야별 강사양성에 적용할 수 있는 내용으로 경력단절여성 대상의 프로그램개발 및 운영사례를 제시하고, 프로그램의 향후 발전방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 사례연구방법으로 선행연구에서 도출한 강사역량 모델을 기반으로 강사양성 프로그램을 개발하고, 서울 소재 평생교육기관에서 경력단절여성들을 참여자로 운영하였으며, 강의평가 의견, 관찰기록, 관련 문서, 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 : 첫째, 경력단절여성들의 역량강화지원을 위해 교육 현장 참관과 선배 강사 멘토링등 직간접적인 강의 체험을 통한 경험학습의 필요성이 확인되었다. 둘째, 경력단절여성 역량 강화에 핵심 역할을 하는 교수자 선정의 중요성이 강조되었다. 셋째, 일과 연계된 본 강사양성 프로그램이 경력단절여성들의 사회 재진입에 실질적으로 도움이 된 것으로 나타났다. 시사점 : 경력단절여성의 강사역량 강화와 일자리 연계를 지원하는 구체적인 내용 및 방법을 제시함으로써 관련 정책 및 프로그램개발에 대한 기초를 마련하는데 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Background: Amid ongoing debates about the effectiveness of various policies and initiatives aimed at facilitating the reintegration of women with career interruptions back into society, there is a pressing need to present cases of work-based educational programs that demonstrate practical outcomes. Purpose: This study aims to present exemplary programs tailored for career-interrupted women, adaptable across diverse fields of instructor training. Approach: Employing a case study approach, the program was developed based on a competency model derived from prior research and was implemented with the participation of career-interrupted women. Data collection included teaching evaluations, participant observation, photos, and interviews. Findings: The study validated the efficacy of experiential learning, including classroom observation and mentorship, in enhancing the skills of career-interrupted women. It highlighted the pivotal role of trainers in this process. Furthermore, it demonstrated the program's tangible contribution to the social reintegration of these women. Implications: This study provides practical insights by presenting specific contents and methods to support the enhancement of teaching capabilities and job integration for career-interrupted women, thereby laying the groundwork for related policy and program development.
