국문 초록

본 연구는 대상관계 회복을 위한 놀이치료 사례연구이다. 본 연구대상은 연구 참여에 동의한 남자아동 2명(5세, 6세)이다. 연구기간은 2021년 4월부터 2022년 5월까지 주 1회 진행하였으며, A아동은 총 31회기, B아동은 총 48회기를 진행하였다. 자료분석은 Strauss와 Corbin(1998)의 분석단계인 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩의 세가지 과정으로 분석하였다. 아동은 놀이를 통해 세상은 경험한다. 본 연구는 근거이론을 적용하여 놀이치료 과정에서 놀이주제를 살펴보았다. 아동들은 자신이 경험한 의미를 부여하고, 그 의미를 어떻게 이해하는지를 심층적으로 탐색하였다. 연구대상은 아동 2명으로 놀이주제를 체계적으로 탐색하였다. 놀이치료 과정에서 아동들의 대상관계와 놀이주제는 어떠한지를 밝혀 현장에서 아동의 문제행동을 이해하고자 한다. 놀이를 통해 자신의 좌절과 결핍, 긍정적인 양육, 자기회복, 안전한 기지를 경험하였다. 즉, 놀이치료 과정에서 나타나는 놀이가 아동들의 심리적 회복과 욕구를 충족하고 회복시킬 수 있다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study of play therapy for object relationship recovery. The subjects of this study were two male children (aged 5 and 6) who agreed to participate in the study. The study period was conducted once a week from April 2021 to May 2022, and child A had a total of 31 sessions and child B had a total of 48 sessions. Data analysis was analyzed in three stages: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, which are the analysis steps of Strauss and Corbin (1998). Children experience the world through play. This study applied grounded theory to examine the play theme in the process of play therapy. Children gave the meaning they experienced and explored in depth how to understand the meaning. The subjects of the study were two children, and the theme of play was systematically explored. In the process of play therapy, we try to understand the problem behaviors of children in the field by revealing how children's object relationships and play topics are. Through play, they experienced their own setbacks and deficiencies, positive parenting, self-recovery, and a safe base. In other words, the significance of this study is that play in the process of play therapy can satisfy and restore children's psychological recovery and needs.
