국문 초록

연극치료 영역에서 진단 도구가 다양하게 개발되었으나 사례 개념화의 형식으로 구조화된 진단도구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 본 연구는 연극치료의 진단도구인 6조각 이야기(6PSM)와 역할 카드(Role-card)에서 정리한 정보를 신념(Belief), 정서(Affection), 사회적 관계(Social), 상상(Imagination), 인지(Cognitive), 행동(Physical)의 기준으로 분석하여 사례 개념화의 구조를 이해하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 BASIC-Ph를 이용한 연극치료 사례 개념화를 적용하여 참여자 분석, 치료목표 설정 및 연극치료 개입을 구조화하는 단일 사례연구이다. 연극치료 사례개념화는 연극치료 진단도구와 유사하나 BASIC-Ph의 분석 결과에서는 차이점이 발견되었다. 첫째, BASIC-Ph의 기준은 참여자의 의식적 측면과 무의식적 측면을 진단할 수 있다. 둘째, BASIC-Ph는 연극치료 목표를 수립하는데 기준이 되는 유용한 비율을 제공한다. 역할체계의 고유성과 일관성은 참여자의 문화적 요인, 대인 관계적 요인, 심리사회적 요인을 분석하는 기준이 되었다. 셋째, BASIC-Ph 연극치료 사례개념화는 연극치료 프로그램을 점검하고 수정하는데 유용하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과의 논의는 BASIC-Ph 연극치료 사례개념화가 참여자의 치료과정을 객관적으로 설계하고 프로그램을 점검할 수 있게 하였다.

영문 초록

Although various diagnostic tools have been developed in the field of drama therapy, it is difficult to find a structured diagnostic tool in the form of case conceptualization. The purpose of this study is to understand the structure of the conceptualization by analyzing the information organized by the 6 Part Story Making (6PSM) and role-card, which are diagnostic tools for drama therapy, based on Belief, Emotion, Social, Imagination, Cognitive, and Physical. This study is a single case study that structures participant analysis, treatment goal setting, and drama therapy intervention by applying drama therapy conceptualization using BASIC-Ph. The conceptualization of drama therapy cases is similar to that of drama therapy diagnostic tools, but differences were found in the analysis results of BASIC-Ph. First, the criteria for BASIC-Ph can diagnose the conscious and unconscious aspects of participant. Second, BASIC-Ph provides a useful ratio that is the standard for establishing drama therapy goals. The uniqueness and consistency of the role system became the criteria for analyzing the participants' cultural, interpersonal, and psycho-social factors. Third, the concept of BASIC-Ph drama therapy cases was useful for checking and modifying drama therapy programs. The discussion of these research results allowed the concept of BASIC-Ph drama therapy cases to objectively design the therapeutic process of participants and check the program.
